Timo holds a Master’s degree in both psychology and in social sciences from Åbo Akademi. Before joining MPS he has worked with assessment and consulting in student and personnel selection. As a consultant at MPS Timo focuses on recruiting and assessment, but also on outplacement. Timo has been practicing karate-do Shotokai since 2003, and he is the main instructor of the Turku club. Besides actively practicing karate he also enjoys other sports and plays drums in a band.
