Studied business administration and mechanical engineering, several years of management and own entrepreneurial responsibility in the management of the offices of internationally active, renowned consulting firms as well as in voluntary work for non-profit organizations. Expertise: Over 25 years of experience in executive search with numerous successfully completed mandates across all levels: from specialists and managers at all hierarchies to managing directors/board members, as well as supervisory and advisory boards. Before joining ingeniam in 2011, he spent nine years as a shareholder at Horton International/von Arnim, before that, he spent three and a half years as a partner at GKR Whitehead Mann/Dr. Krumpa (now Korn Ferry), and seven years as a researcher and consultant at a German executive search boutique in Frankfurt/Main and Potsdam.
