About Mr. Bach
Thorsten Bach advises board members, CEOs and senior managers in Executive Search, Potential Analysis and Career Advisory Services. Centrally from Eschborn (Frankfurt), he works for clients in the mechanical and plant engineering, the manufacturing industry, in the construction and real estate business as well as the financial sector. In doing so, he uses his decades of consulting experience, which he has gained at Heidrick & Struggles, Search Partners AG and von Rundstedt since the mid-1990s. In 2017 his career path led him to GAIN Management Advisors GmbH as Managing Director. Today Thorsten is the Managing Partner of GAIN and he looks back on hundreds of search assignments, he placed successfully. Thorsten is a graduate civil engineer (TU Darmstadt), has a certificate in professional real estate management (IHK) and is a certified user of the “Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP)”.
