Therese Joyce has over two decades of experience in international management and leading change. She has worked with a diverse range of corporate, education and Not For Profit clients to help deliver creative, evidence based practical solutions to increase employee engagement and ensure exceptional performance. With a firm commitment to pragmatic real world application of the science of positive psychology, her expertise lies in driving employee engagement and creating new initiatives for leadership development as well as building a high performing culture amongst leadership teams and organisations. Therese has first hand experience in crisis management, having previously worked with organisations through the 9/11 attack and the SARS epidemic. Her areas of expertise include resilience, mindfulness, mental health and wellbeing. Therese was previously the Associate Director of the Centre for Positive Psychology at The University of Melbourne and holds a MSc. in Applied Positive Psychology.
