The client, Senior Director of Recruitment and Admissions at the organization, is responsible for leading enrollment initiatives to support growth and scale aspirations. The Senior Director will work closely with the Executive Director to design and implement recruitment, admissions, and growth strategies, set goals and benchmarks, and ensure alignment with other teams within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as a commitment to supporting young people from marginalized backgrounds. They will lead and develop a Recruitment & Admissions team, oversee the use of data and analytics to drive recruitment efforts, and collaborate with other teams to maximize alignment and impact. The Senior Director will play a critical role in ensuring the success and longevity of the organization's academic programming.
