Business Experience Tash has a broad HR consulting background having held both in-house Recruitment, HR Business Partner and HR Manager roles, as well as working in Recruitment Consultancies, both in NZ & the UK. Since 2006, Tash has worked as a Senior Researcher, specialising in identifying and engaging with passive talent across a broad range of industries, and clients. Tash holds a great depth of skill, knowledge and relevant industry networks and is extremely passionate and adept in applying rigorous research methodology to identify top market talent, ensuring the best candidates are sourced for her clients.
