Tapio has a Master's Degree in Economic and he is also Certified Business Coach. Before joining MPS, he has gained over 20 years of experience from leadership nine years in logistic brand and about 15 yeaars in training and consultant business. He has worked for instance as Training Manager in Instute of Marketing, Marketing Director in Transpoint, Project Sirector in Talent Partners and Managing Director in Learning Systems. Tapio and his family - wife and two sons - enjoys all kinds of sports - golf, football,skiing gym etc.
