Tania’s background is in investment banking, having worked in London for a variety of international investment banks as a Fixed Income Sales Trader and later in Equity Derivative and Credit Risk. Commercially astute with deep experience in Search across a range of industries, sectors and geographies, Tania’s attention to detail enables her to consistently exceed client expectations by identifying and delivering quality talent, whilst also bringing valuable industry insights, market feedback and broad networks and contacts to the table. Living on a lifestyle block, Tania spends her weekends mostly outdoors, helping with the ponies and watching her children play sport. In her free time, she also enjoys walking, biking, going to the theatre or reading a great book.
