Tanguy Van Reeth has gained extensive experience in executive search following his early career as an Export Manager in pharmaceutical packaging. In 1994 he joined Batenborch International, a local search firm, and was active as a consultant in Belgium for 4 years. In 1998 he started their French office, based in Paris, and for 3 years successfully developed the business in France as Country Manager. Returning to Belgium, he spent his last year with Batenborch International managing the Headquarter in Belgium. In 2002 Tanguy decided to join Amrop International as a Partner in Brussels. This enabled him to broaden his scope of activities and work as a generalist on a variety of Executive assignments. In 2004 Tanguy became Managing Partner with Ysearch International, developing his own search firm with an international scope. He then co-founded TRANSEARCH Belgium and is a Partner at the Brussels office. Tanguy Van Reeth holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp. He's fluent in Dutch, French and English.
