Tammy is a seasoned executive search professional who brings over 25 years of experience to Summit. She has led or supported over 500 searches. Tammy has 15 years of specialized experience in higher education, nonprofit and healthcare. Prior to working for Summit, Tammy worked for executive search firms including Storbeck Search & Associates, Salveson Stetson Group, and Diversified Search. Her search work spanned all aspects of executive leadership and administration. Tammy enjoys working with mission-driven organizations. She finds satisfaction in identifying candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences ensuring that clients have access to a full spectrum of available talent for leadership roles. Tammy is passionate about consulting with candidates from underrepresented groups as they aspire for leadership opportunities. Tammy began her career in corporate human resources with ARAMARK, handling recruitment, employee relations, and compensation administration. Working in executive search has allowed Tammy to channel her energy and passion for encouraging individuals and organizations to think past their perceived ceilings. In addition, she devotes volunteer time to local schools and persons with special needs. Tammy has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Eastern University. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Rowan University. Tammy is based in Maryland.
