The client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in Washington state, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Programs to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all direct service programs. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will play a key role in shaping the organization's direction, ensuring that programs are high-impact, data-driven, and aligned with the mission and strategic priorities. The SVP of Programs will lead a team of program leaders, strengthen partnerships, and advocate for policies that support family-serving programs at the state and national levels.
