Description

The client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening families in Washington state, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Programs to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all direct service programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, the SVP of Programs will play a key role in shaping the organization's direction, ensuring that programs are high-impact, data-driven, and aligned with the mission and strategic priorities. This individual will lead a team of program leaders, build cross-sector partnerships, and advocate for policies that support family-serving programs at the state and national levels.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a visionary and adaptable leader, capable of guiding The client through a changing landscape while maintaining responsive, research-informed, and resilient programs. With a focus on community impact and organizational growth, the SVP of Programs will work to break systemic and multi-generational cycles of inequity by collaborating with children, families, and communities to transform population-wide health and well-being. This full-time, hybrid opportunity is located in Seattle, Washington. The Senior Vice President of Programs will serve as The client's Chief Program Officer, responsible for ensuring that programs are financially sustainable, high-impact, and aligned with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be a key thought partner in shaping The client's direction, driving service delivery excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
