Opportunity Details

Our client is looking for an experienced sustainment lead to oversee various manufacturing engineering support programs and functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sustainment of existing products, as well as implementing new manufacturing processes and technologies. They will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

The sustainment lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency. They will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, as well as tracking and reporting on key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a proven track record of successfully leading sustainment programs.
