With over 17 years’ experience in executive search and recruitment leadership roles, Sung has cultivated an impressive track record spanning various industries including FMCG, Retail, Property, Construction, Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics, and Financial Services. His expertise extends across ASX, NZX, multinational, and PE/VC and fintech organisations, both onshore and offshore. Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Sung held positions with a FTSE listed search firm in Sydney, where he spearheaded multiple divisions, overseeing their growth & diversification since 2007. He also served on the company’s Australian Leadership Team, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of its operations. Sung is a recognised advocate for diversity including through the several hundred placements he has made. Sung has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to some of the region’s most respected CFOs, providing strategic counsel on complex issues. He is highly regarded for his leadership in thought-provoking roundtable discussions, and mentoring forums, fostering environments where CFOs can openly exchange ideas and insights amongst their peers. Sung holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
