Sunayana has been associated with Odgers Berndtson since November 2022 based out of the New Delhi office. She brings over 12 years of experience in the executive search industry, having successfully placed leaders across general management, functional, and business leadership roles in the Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. Most recently, she worked as an Engagement Manager with a leading executive search firm in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for a FMCG firm in the organic skincare space. Earlier, she worked with a boutique search firm as a Client Manager – Consumer Practice handling their FMCG and Pharma verticals. She has previously worked with leading global and Indian search firms focusing on their Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial practices. She started her career in 2010 with Kelly Services as a Management Trainee in Gurgaon. Sunayana has completed her MBA in HR & IB from IILM Gurgaon and has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Kumaon University, Nainital.
