With a passion for assisting professionals at various career stages, she leverages her expertise in HR strategy, policy development, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, and employee engagement. Suann is dedicated to supporting candidates throughout every facet of their job search journey. Suann has a history as a Strategic HR Director with a diverse industry background spanning Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Logistics, and Healthcare. Most recently, during her 16-year tenure with American Greetings, she was a trusted business partner known for developing effective HR solutions, leading change, and driving cost savings. Suann has a proven track record in large organizations, private companies, nonprofits, and private equity-owned companies. Suann earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Suann enjoys spending quality time outdoors hiking and bird watching in the beautiful Northeast Ohio landscape. She also has a passion for cooking – learning new techniques and trying different cuisines.
