Based in Dallas, Stuart is a core member of the firm’s Board and CEO Advisory Partners practice, serving clients in the chemicals and materials industries. He led the global Chemicals and Materials practice at Russell Reynolds Associates for nearly 10 years. Stuart has conducted numerous board director, CEO, general management, and other leadership assignments. He has deep expertise working with clients across the materials sector and has spearheaded numerous public and private CEO succession projects and large executive assessment engagements. During his more than 25 years at Russell Reynolds, Stuart has led hundreds of executive searches. Before joining us, Stuart spent 14 years in the chemicals industry, most recently as a general manager of a specialty chemical business for Solvay America.
