The client is looking for an experienced professional to join its team as a Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Officer within the Home Region Program. This role involves collaborating with the Senior Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Officer and reporting to the Director of Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation. The Officer will also maintain a dotted-line report to the Home Region Program Deputy Director. The Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Department (SLED) provides internal consultancy and plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Foundationメs philanthropic initiatives are aligned with their goals and are effectively evaluated for impact.
This position requires the Officer to design, implement, and improve evaluation and learning practices for the Home Region Program, working closely with program staff, SLED colleagues, and external partners. The role involves clearly articulating strategies, tracking performance, evaluating grants, and using reflection to inform future adaptations. The Officer will lead and manage projects related to evaluation and learning, ensuring that initiatives in Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas-Mississippi Delta continue to support community development, education, economic opportunity, and civic infrastructure effectively.
