Steve Boudreau, based in Chicago, is a both a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Global Board & CEO Advisory Practice and the Global Customer Activation and Growth Practice. He specializes in advising companies on CEO succession and board search, along with executive search in marketing, customer-centric, and go-to-market leadership roles. Steve’s experience lies at the intersection of the consumer and retail sectors along with serving clients in the social impact space. His clientele includes prominent public and private companies, as well as leading non-profit organizations. Prior to joining RRA, Steve led marketing globally for the Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice at Boston Consulting Group. Before that, he led marketing and business development initiatives at other blue chip professional services firms including Mayer Brown and Kearney. Steve is an innovative and forward-thinking leader with an uncanny ability to solve complex problems on the fly. Throughout his career, he has been bringing his clients’ wildest dreams to life, all while overcoming obstacles, building bridges, and inspiring trust. Steve received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his BA in marketing from DePaul University.
