An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of building organizations, Stephanie’s passion is developing people toward exceptional performance. Her career has spanned more than thirty years in a variety of functional roles including sales, marketing, management, and consulting across the food and ag industries, resulting in a vast network and diverse industry experience.
Stephanie served as the President & CEO of Beck Ag for two decades before joining Kincannon & Reed and previously held roles with ABG, Inc. and American Cyanamid Company. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture from Iowa State University, and she also holds a Masters of Business Administration.
