Stephanie Etzig is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Distribution and Services Practice. She works with private equity firms to identify C-suite and executive-level talent for portfolio companies in the industrial and home services sub-sectors. Stephanie has a passion for identifying candidates who bring diverse experience to organizations in support of growth and value-creation objectives. Before joining JM Search, Stephanie was with PierceGray, a boutique executive search firm that served private-equity-backed organizations. In this role, she was a generalist, leading searches across several industries and functional areas. Stephanie began her career at Deloitte Consulting as part of the Consumer Strategy Practice, partnering with Fortune 100 companies. Stephanie grew up in South Florida and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. She received her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, with a concentration in Managing Organizations. Stephanie lives in Chicago, IL, and serves as Board Vice Chair for the Lincoln Park Conservancy. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog along the lakefront and trying new restaurants
