Stéphane Flex is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon. He joined the firm in September 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business development, organizational transformation, and leading business networks. He began his career as a financial journalist before joining the pan-European stock exchange Euronext. He later founded and led his own strategy consulting firm, advising senior executives across multiple industries. For the past decade, Stéphane was Director of MEDEF in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, where he broadened the organization’s service offering in areas such as human capital and recruitment, training and talent management, and financing solutions. Stéphane is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and Sciences Po Paris. He is fluent in French and English.
