Stefano Valvano is a core member of Russell Reynolds' Financial Services Sector. He works closely with leaders to recruit top talent, assess management teams, and enable organizational and cultural transformation for financial institutions. Stefano's strong strategy and consulting background enables him to seamlessly work with leadership teams and boards. Stefano has more than 20 years' experience in strategy consulting for the financial services sector. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates from BCG. In previous advisory roles, he has worked with major financial institutions across Europe on corporate strategy, marketing, digital transformation, M&A and other organizational topics. Specialized on Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking, he was a member of his previous firm's Regional FI management team where he led the Marketing, Sales and Pricing practice. “Ad maiora, be yourself, think positive and look at the future…you’ll be there!” - I believe in the ability of individuals and teams in always reaching new horizons. Stefano holds an MS in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin, which included an exchange program at the Copenhagen Business School.
