Stefano is one of the three Founders of Beaumont Group with +25 years of Executive Search experience with Financial Control background. He has secured long-term relationships with top global brands with a successful track record of repeat businesses in Professional Services and Consumer & Retail sectors. Since 2008 he leads the TMT/Professional Services in Italy. With figures driven native mind-set he was in the leadership team of the start-up of Nicholson International European platform with the specific focus of creating full operating offices in Central & Eastern Europe; lived in Belgium as MD Benelux for five years before settling permanently in Italy as COO South Europe for Alexander Mann post merge. He graduated in Business Economics. With wife and two grown up children he shares a true passion in winter sports and high trekking adventures.
