As a human capital advisor and search professional, she delivers talent solutions for our clients in both French and English. She specializes in complex search mandates in senior finance, operations, product, project management and human resources in multiple industries, including consumer products, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and real estate, and develops an exceptional rapport with clients as she leads and manages each project. Passionate about the work and client-focused, Sophia also co-leads many of the firm’s business development initiatives. A Montrealer by birth and an applied economics graduate from Queen’s University, Sophia is also an amateur powerlifting athlete who competes regionally. At last count she can deadlift 303 pounds.
