Simon partners with clients across industries to create actionable interventions grounded in leadership assessment and development strategies. Based in Dubai, he brings more than two decades of experience as a business psychologist advising on talent management and leadership assessment in the EMEA region. He has advised clients in several sectors, including financial services, industrial, energy, telecommunications, and government. Previously, Simon was principal consultant at another global executive consulting firm. In that role, he sat on the global expert panel for assessment and focused on colleague and client enablement, business development and solutions delivery. Before that, he was a consultant advising on executive assessment, coaching, and the delivery of leadership development interventions, particularly in the Middle East. Simon has also held psychology and consulting roles at Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group, and the Cranfield University School of Management, among others. “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make” - Dame Jane Goodall, DBE. Simon holds a BSc in psychology from Bristol university, an MS in applied psychology from Cranfield University and a PhD in applied psychology from Loughborough University. Simon is certified in Solutions-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioural and most recently Co-Active methodologies. He is a Chartered Psychologist and member of the International Coaching Federation. Simon was a runner-up in the British Psychological Society’s ‘Occupational Psychologist of the Year’ in 2011 for his work in selection and development of Senior Professional and Director grades in the three Rome-based food agencies, (Food and Agriculture Organisation, International Fund for Agricultural Development and the World Food Program).
