Silvana serves on Spencer Stuart´s global board of directors and brings more than 20 years of experience working with CEOs and C-Level leaders throughout Latin America and Internationally. As leader of the Leadership Advisory Services Practice in LATAM, she advises clients and organizations to enhance successful leadership capabilities with a focus on assessment, development, coaching, onboarding, team effectiveness and culture transformation processes. She also leads the Human Resources functional Practice in the Region, engaging in the client organization´s transformation and talent agenda. She is passionate and committed to bringing greater awareness and to unleashing potential. Silvana is also a core member of the Healthcare Practice, she led the LatAm region for 10 years partnering with top Biopharma and Medtech clients to recruit, assess and develop their executive teams in the region. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2000, Silvana spent 12 years in the financial services industry, working for Deutsche Bank & HSBC Group in commercial, private banking, and the Human Resources function. Silvana graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, USA (2018) In addition, she undertook the Meyler Campbell Unleashed Programme , UK (2020).
