Sheila Evans is the Executive Relationship Manager for the CEO. In this role, Sheila supports the CEO with a multitude of critical communication and executive relationship activities. Sheila also provides professional support to the entire Human Capital Solutions (HCS) team as she manages the HCS client recognition and appreciation programs. Sheila also oversees the logistics and communications of meeting schedules for both clients and candidates. Sheila is driven to facilitate direct, clear communication in all interactions, and brings a wide range of experience in helping others communicate effectively. Before joining HCS, Sheila spent a decade in district court and superior court mediations, including workplace, family, juvenile, and visitation mediations. Sheila also led and facilitated community meetings, including the collaborative City of Wilmington and UNCW Alliance. Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College and obtained graduate credits from UNCW in Conflict Management and Resolution. She also maintains her NC Superior Court Mediation and District Court Mediation certification.
