Opportunity Details

Our client is seeking a Senior Vice Chancellor for Finance and Operations to lead operational and support service functions for the 23 colleges, system office, and shared services center. Reporting to the Chancellor, the SVC will be responsible for providing administrative leadership in areas such as finance, human resources, information technology, facilities management, and procurement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chancellor's Cabinet and the 23 college Presidents to ensure alignment with the mission and strategic objectives of the VCCS.

The SVC will play a key role in resource allocation, fiscal strategy, and operational excellence to support the VCCS mission, learners, and colleges. With a large and complex portfolio, the SVC will oversee a team of direct reports including the chief finance officer, chief human resources officer, chief information technology officer, chief facilities officer, chief procurement officer, and director of the Systems shared services center. The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $225,000 to $275,000, with a generous benefits package included.
