Our client, a global manufacturer of agricultural equipment, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in the eastern Des Moines IA area. The ideal candidate will have U.S. military experience and a 4-year college degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering. This role will involve ensuring projects are completed within budget, scope, and time, while supervising and mentoring team members to drive key business results. The Senior Project Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and align project delivery with strategic objectives.

The compensation for this position is $120,000-$135,000 plus profit-sharing bonus and relocation assistance. The candidate must have 10+ years of engineering experience, program/project management experience, and demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Knowledge of Automation Engineering and/or Robotics Engineering is preferred but not required.
