He joined SommerGroup® in 2003, leading strategic projects for major clients and specializing in public administration and corporate headhunting. In 2015 he assumed the position of General Manager, promoting organizational culture and excellence in processes. A psychologist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, he also brings in-depth knowledge of the Latin American labor market and a holistic vision of the present and future of SommerGroup®.
