Sean Roberts focuses on advisory, assessment, and search assignments for software, connectivity, and hardware companies. With a focus on board and C-suite roles, Sean works with businesses across the growth curve, from high-growth companies, backed by venture and private equity investors, to international listed businesses. Some of his recent executive searches include multiple chair and CEO appointments, post-merger integration support, pre-deal due diligence, and team effectiveness engagements. Sean is based in London and works with clients across Europe and the US. Before joining the firm in 2010, Sean spent 10 years at Accenture, latterly as a Market Maker, responsible for selling, shaping, and closing complex business process, infrastructure, and application outsourcing deals. Earlier in his Accenture career, Sean was a Technology and Business Consultant. Sean received his B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from St. Anne’s College, Oxford University.
