Sean Dineen partners with leading organizations to increase the potential and performance of their executive teams. Based in Boston, Sean advises clients on how to tackle their most complex leadership challenges from transformation and succession to assessment and development. He works across sectors and geographies and has a particular focus on client work in the financial services and private equity space. Sean has almost 20 years of leadership advisory experience. He joined Russell Reynolds from another globally recognized leadership advisory firm. There he was a leadership strategy consultant working on CEO and board advisory, leadership transformation, executive transitions and development. He was also a member of the firm’s Americas leadership team and led Hong Kong operations. Earlier in his career, he worked as a principal consultant in China for another management consulting firm. Sean holds a BS in biology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore.
