He works with clients across North America in industrial automation, robotics, IIoT, and other technology-enabled industrial solutions. Experience Scott partners with Fortune 500, venture capital, and private equity portfolio companies, specializing in leading searches across legacy industrial sectors disrupted by emerging technologies. He focuses on sectors including IIoT, industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and high-end components enabling these verticals. Scott has completed numerous general management searches, including chief executive officer, president, business unit heads, operations, procurement and supply chain, finance, and commercial leadership roles. Firm leadership selected Scott to participate in a council of emerging leaders within the Americas region to drive positive change for the organization. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott worked in a business development, account management, and recruiting role in the consumer and industrial goods practice of a large recruitment firm in Vancouver.
