Sari has been a Partner at IMS Talent since 2022. She works with national and international companies helping them to acquire and develop their leadership and top talent by carrying out searches for demanding C-level and executive positions as well as Board members. She also focuses on Board Evaluations and Executive Team Services. Sari has approximately 20 years of leadership experience in several service companies. She has held roles such as CEO, Business Unit Director, and Lead Consultant, leading both people and business operations while serving as a member of Executive Teams. In addition, Sari has held several board positions and is currently serving as Chair of the Board in a medium-sized international service company. Prior to joining IMS Talent, Sari worked the past 10 years working in Executive Search and Executive Education. She has worked with C-level assignments with variety of industries, including e.g., Finance, Technology, Professional Services, Hospitality, Energy, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Construction. Sari has also worked abroad for several years, countries including Russia, Belgium, and Spain. Sari holds a PhD in Economics from Hanken School of Economics and a Licentiate of Science in Adult Education from the University of Jyväskylä. Her working languages are Finnish, Swedish and English.
