Sarah Shaikh is an Engagement Manager with Odgers Berndtson, based in Toronto, where she supports the recruitment of senior executives across a wide range of industries and functions. Sarah brings over five years of experience in talent acquisition and client services and has successfully completed over 100 search assignments across North America. Sarah previously worked at one of Canada’s top privately-owned executive search firms, where she had a national focus within the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. She also gained experience working in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to that, Sarah worked within the telecommunications industry, supporting large organizations with high-volume recruitment needs. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Adler University.
