Sarah is a seasoned leadership consultant and recruitment specialist with a background in strategic operations consulting, specializing in the public sector. She began her career at Deloitte, advising organizations on operational transformation, service redesign, and organizational effectiveness, building deep expertise in organizational design, systems thinking and client-focused solutions. After earning her MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Sarah spent over 15 years launching and scaling her businesses. In these ventures, she led cross-functional teams, oversaw strategic growth, and navigated the leadership realities that many of her clients now face. Her experience as a founder and operator gives her a unique understanding and empathy in advising executive teams. At HWC, Sarah is known for delivering high-impact executive search and recruitment services for municipal and regional governments.
