Sarah’s expertise includes leadership selection and development, succession planning, high-potential identification, HR advisory and assessment services. Sarah has worked with diverse organizations, from global Fortune 500 companies to public and not-for-profit clients, across a range of industries. She holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University and is certified in numerous assessment tools.
