Sara Godfrey is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Sector, specializing in the Healthcare Services Practice. She works on a range of CEO and other senior-level executive searches for private equity firms, publicly listed healthcare services companies, national payer organizations and integrated delivery networks. Sara is based in New York. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Sara joined Russell Reynolds from The Advisory Board Company, a leading healthcare business service firm serving over 3,900 hospital and health system clients based in Washington, DC. Throughout her tenure, Sara worked closely with and advised senior executives on issues ranging from health system strategy and growth to data-driven clinical performance improvement. She most recently served as Associate Director of Strategic Accounts and was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior health system executives. Sara has also worked in government relations for a national think tank. EDUCATION Sara received her BA in public policy from Duke University.
