Sanjay specializes in advising corporations & family enterprises on their most critical leadership challenges. With more than 20 years’ experience, Sanjay brings expertise in CEO and C-suite succession planning, corporate governance and executive search to help businesses navigate complex leadership transitions. Further, he is a trusted advisor to family enterprises, having worked with them on complex topics like professional and family succession, including development of next-generation leaders. Before joining executive search, spent his time in the power and financial services sectors across India, UK and Singapore. Sanjay received his B.Com and MMS from the University of Mumbai.
