Sani has a Master's Degree in Education. At MPS, Sani works as a Senior Consultant in the Recruitment and Assessment business areas. Apart from recruitment and assessment work, Sani has also managed projects in the area of organisational research and development, mainly concerning motivation and compensation in organisations. Before joining MPS, Sani has worked for seven years in the field of human resource management and development. On her spare time she enjoys sports in various forms.
