Sandra joined Eric Salmon & Partners in April 2024, bringing her extensive expertise to the Paris office. Previously, she served as Head of Strategy and Development at Galeries Lafayette Group, where she played a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for the Group and its subsidiaries. With over two decades of experience in corporate finance and strategy, Sandra began her career at Goldman Sachs. During her eight-year tenure between their London and Paris offices, she specialized in transactions within the consumer goods and retail sectors. Sandra’s career trajectory then took her to Rallye, the holding company for Groupe Casino, where she excelled in various roles. She started as Chief of Staff to the Deputy General Manager, advanced through the Finance Department, and ultimately became the General Secretary of Rallye. In these positions, she was instrumental in defining the Group’s strategy, setting priorities, and overseeing both operational and financial execution, including significant asset disposals. A French national, Sandra has also lived in Algeria and the UK. She is an alumna of the prestigious HEC Paris business school and holds a certificate in Executive Coaching from HEC.
