Salvatore (Sal) Badali is a Partner in the Public Sector and Not for Profit Practice, based in Toronto. He specializes in recruiting senior level talent for the government, Crown corporations, and cultural and civic institutions. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Sal was Director, Public Sector Practice in the Strategy and Operations group at Deloitte & Touche. He has worked on a range of projects within the private, public and voluntary sectors in Canada and around the world. Sal holds an MBA from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. An active volunteer, Sal is currently a Governor of the Royal Ontario Museum and a Director of Ballet Jorgen. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and the Lieutenant Governor’s Distinguished Service Award for service to the community.
