The Sales Director Fund Services position at the client, a global leader in Fund Services, requires a proven track record in selling fund administration or third party manco services. Reporting directly to the Head of EMEA sales (Funds), the ideal candidate must have experience in Private Markets sales and be a hunter gatherer type. The main focus of the role is to drive new business generation and increase revenue for the Global Funds business globally by working closely with the Service line leadership team and corporate directors.
Responsibilities include originating new business opportunities in line with business strategies, achieving personal new business targets, building a sales pipeline, understanding clients' needs for long-term relationships, leading deal terms and commercial negotiations, and positioning the business for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience in selling fund administration or third party manco services, sales management experience in financial institutions, strong technical skills in fund services, and the ability to lead complex RFP and Procurement processes. They should also be a dynamic, self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
