He serves on multiple global committees of the firm, having successfully led the India practice for eight years in his preceding role. In prior experience, he has executed business roles in the healthcare space, including at the country level for large corporations such as GE. At Russell Reynolds Associates he is a core member of the firm’s Healthcare Industry, having also previously led the sector for the Asia Pacific region. Sachin is based in Mumbai and has graduate (microbiology and biochemistry with honours) and post-graduate (MBA) education from St Xavier's College, Mumbai, and JBIMS, Mumbai, respectively. He has participated in broader leadership and healthcare leadership programs respectively at The Wharton School, Pennsylvania, and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
