He has an impressive track record of successfully completing numerous C-level search assignments for clients across industry verticals. Before transitioning into Executive Search, he worked with TVS Suzuki and in EPC in the oil and gas sector. Subbu brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
