Ryosuke Takai helps technology clients recruit and develop best-in-class leadership teams. Based in Tokyo, Ryosuke is a member of the Global Technology Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. He brings a unique perspective and expertise in the technology space that helps clients develop a talent strategy that drives business growth. Ryosuke joined Russell Reynolds from IBM Japan, where he led and managed a variety of digital transformation and cloud application deployment projects. He worked in the business services and business development divisions, advising customers in the telecom, consumer products, retail, and public sectors. Earlier, he worked at DHL Japan, leading sales organization reform as well as logistics solutions and product launches. In his career, he also worked at Arthur D. Little and Marubeni Corporation. Ryosuke received both his bachelor’s and his master’s degrees in engineering from Tokyo University. He speaks Japanese and English.
