Rupali Lamba is a project manager in the Technology practice at Acertitude. In this role, she ensures our delivery teams provide exceptional service across every touch point of an engagement as we recruit brilliant people at work. Her responsibilities involve project oversight, executive communications, calendar management, compiling deliverables, and team operations. Rupali’s ability to drive projects to successful outcomes stems from a rich and diverse career as an executive assistant, project manager, and marketeer. She’s progressed through roles of increasing responsibility for more than 15 years across the professional services, industrial, consumer, and government sectors. Most recently, Rupali served as senior executive assistant to a C-suite executive of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Here, she handled communications with high-profile leaders, critical administrative tasks, and complex travel and calendar arrangements. Before that, she provided C-suite support as an EA at Nestlé Waters and AXA XL. Her earlier career includes five years as executive assistant and project manager to C-suite executives and partners at executive search firm Korn Ferry. Rupali holds a dual BBA in international marketing and finance from Pace University as well as an HRCI certification. Rupali lives with her family in Connecticut. During off hours, you can find her in the garden beds around her house, tending to an assortment of vegetables and fruits. Watching her kids play soccer and swim, or throwing on a good Marvel movie are also high on the list of weekend activities.
