About Mr. Zvanovec
Rudolf Zvánovec serves as a Leadership Advisory Partner at Stanton Chase Prague. He brings over 30 years of management and advisory experience in both international and local companies to the table. He possesses deep expertise in sectors such as banking, leasing, automotive, manufacturing, and in non-profit organizations.
Throughout his career, Rudolf has held various C-level positions, primarily within VW Financial Services, KBC, and the Raiffeisen groups. He has served as both an internal and external business consultant and has acted as a mentor and coach to executives and board members. His clientele extends beyond multinational corporations to include numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. Rudolf has also been involved in major and complex business projects, assuming roles as a sponsor or project manager. Additionally, he is a co-owner of a start-up dedicated to improving corporate governance effectiveness.
Rudolf’s core areas of focus lie in management consulting, board services, and succession planning. He provides intensive support to clients in their current roles, particularly through mentoring or consulting, addressing pressing issues, interim challenges, or significant personal challenges (for example, those that arise during or after assuming a new position).
His expertise spans three critical domains of leadership and management skills: the development and execution of corporate strategies, innovation and change management, and corporate governance effectiveness. By aligning strategies with a manager’s unique personality profile, Rudolf helps generate maximum value for both the manager and their organization. Regardless of their seniority level, he effectively refines and enhances the leadership and management styles of senior clients while adequately preparing those with less experience for future roles.
Rudolf earned a post-graduate degree from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has completed a leadership program through Franklin Covey. He has also received certified coach training from the QED Group and has undergone various professional trainings in business, tax, and legal domains.
