Roy Herold leads the Executive & Board unit of MPS Enterprises as CEO and Senior Partner.  During his 15 year career he has advised Finnish and international clients on top-level recruitments, as well as leadership and board evaluations. He works with clients on a wide variety of chair, board, CEO and senior leadership recruitments, working with listed, private and private equity–owned companies. Roy also holds the position as Chair for Panorama Leadership offering clients Search and Leadership Solutions on a global scale. Roy has built his expertise with an international career in Fortune 500 companies that spans more than 20+ years having lived in the USA. Switzerland, Sweden and Russia. Roy is committed to developing leaders and leadership and to work for a more sustainable world.
